Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in international relations, foresight, futures studies, political science, business administration, or related field
- Ability to produce policy-relevant research on long-term governance in multilateral system
- Ability to raise funds for policy research in future generations space
- Experience working with UN actors and in multi-cultural settings
- Knowledge of another UN official working language (asset)
Aufgaben
- Support strategic direction and oversight of long-term governance research
- Manage relationships with existing and new donors
- Deliver joint Future Generations workplan with the Executive Office of the Secretary General
- Build research portfolio within UNU-CPR Geneva Office strategy
- Contribute to overall strategy with focus on future generations and long-term governance
- Oversee existing future generations programmes and partner relations
- Supervise consultants in the future generations portfolio
- Strengthen resource base for future generations work
- Track project expenditures and ensure financial compliance
- Manage donor relations and resource mobilization
- Deliver research products on future generations and long-term governance
- Coordinate with communications team on research outputs
- Support and organize dissemination events and collaborations
- Perform other duties as assigned
