Anforderungen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in private sector, international organization, or related field
• Strong experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, community building, and high-level convening
• Demonstrated expertise in sustainability topics, governance (corporate oversight and/or risk management)
• Proven track record in thought-leadership contribution
• Strong relationship-building skills and effective engagement with senior executives
• Proactive, results-oriented, and effective operation in dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with Salesforce or other cloud-based relationship management systems (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with high quality standards

• Oversee design, programming, and delivery of in-person engagements.
• Oversee design, programming, and delivery of virtual engagements.
• Manage regional workshops and high-level convenings.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage online community platforms.
• Develop content strategy for online platforms.
• Curate content for online platforms.
• Distribute the monthly newsletter.
• Curate digital content across Forum platforms.
