- University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and accounting principles understanding
- Advanced Excel skills and digital data/reporting tools experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Experience in data mining, business analysis, or management reporting
- Knowledge of financial and accounting systems, preferably SAP FI
- Prior experience in (re)insurance or financial services
- Foundational understanding of AI concepts and applications
Aufgaben
- Support controlling, reporting, and planning of reinsurance performance
- Ensure data quality by defining internal key controls
- Provide necessary documents and explanations for internal and external audits
- Prepare reports for various stakeholders
- Determine and follow up on KPIs related to the reinsurance program
- Analyze reinsurance program performance
- Explain gaps against planned and expected results
- Coordinate the reinsurance budget process
- Interact with Allianz Trade OEs, Group Finance, and support teams
- Run the captive's budget process using dedicated RI tools
- Plan and reforecast results of non-consolidated counterparties
- Coordinate MNC captives programs
- Collaborate with MNC teams and accounting and support teams
