- Develop claims handling strategies

- Monitor and guide P&C Claims unit

- Support portfolio steering and transactions
- Identify and monitor legal risks
- Track regulatory developments
- Generate claims trends and insights
- Influence Underwriting decisions
- Contribute to Smart Circles
- Align with Client Markets, Underwriting, Products, and Reserving
- Understand client needs
- Deliver client-focused initiatives
- Collaborate with Market Heads and Client Managers
- Work with cross-functional teams
