- Assist Acquisitions in site selection
- Evaluate site opportunities and constraints
- Develop initial design concepts
- Present design concepts for approval
- Prepare and refine architectural drawings
- Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements
- Provide cost-effective designs
- Prepare project programmes with key milestones
- Engage with planning officers and local authorities
- Negotiate support and respond to feedback
- Prepare documentation for statutory approvals
- Manage approval process for expedited response
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure design feasibility
- Align architectural outputs with commercial objectives
- Provide timely and accurate status updates
- Drive projects forward by removing barriers
- Oversee construction for compliance with plans and regulations
- Ensure construction stays on schedule
- Manage risk of delays with stakeholders
- Adhere to Health and Safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress
- Modify designs as required due to site conditions
