- Ensure end-to-end project delivery meeting time, cost, and quality
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence for new sites
- Design architecture compliant with internal and external standards
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks
- Plan short, medium, and long-term project pipelines
- Approve and manage project budgets and capex
- Make informed decisions at key development stages
- Acquire necessary approvals and consents
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of gym formats and standards
- Represent the Group Property Development function internally
- Ambassador for PureGym externally
- Lead the Group Property Development function
