- Lead end-to-end implementations of AI-powered ERP automation products
- Help customers reimagine processes and maximize automation rates
- Turn customer AI initiatives into measurable success
- Own the implementation journey from client requirements to delivery
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Design scalable, tailored solutions aligning with customer workflows
- Collaborate with engineering to tackle technical challenges
- Adapt the system to customers' unique processes
- Ensure successful integration with existing systems
- Anticipate client needs and surface insights
- Ensure clients realize the full potential of blp's automation
- Design tailored implementation plans with sales
- Drive deep product adoption
- Translate feedback into long-term product improvements
