- Working experience in process control and software design (OLC, CLC, Protection, HMI)
- Ability to code in Python
- Knowledge on communication protocols (OPC, IEC61850, IEC60870-5-104, DNP3)
- Comprehensive knowledge in control engineering and power electronics
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in testing and commissioning and enjoyment of global traveling and commissioning
- Responsibility, teamwork, and strong communication skills
Aufgaben
- Plan hardware and software for power electronic converters
- Prepare concepts, specifications, and documentation
- Coordinate technically with customers, sub-suppliers, and the factory
- Define hardware interfaces and evaluate electrical components
- Conduct calculations and design reviews
- Implement control software and test on the real-time simulator
- Perform commissioning and provide customer training on-site
- Support the sales department during concept and tender phases
- Assist customers with technical issues during office hours and on-call duty
- Collaborate with control, system, and mechanical engineering teams
