- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Relevant experience in substation automation systems
- Knowledge of substation control and protection systems
- Knowledge of communication standards such as IEC 61850
- Experience with Hitachi Energy’s protection and control IED portfolio (Relion® family) is an advantage
- Open-minded team player
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong focus on safety
- Strong focus on quality
- Strong focus on efficiency
- Ability to work independently
- Effective coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence to take technical decisions
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- German language is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with project core team to develop protection and control concepts
- Work closely with customers during base design phase
- Contribute to Protection & Control detailed engineering scope
- Coordinate with SCADA and Network & Cyber Security teams
- Support design and configuration of protection and control IEDs
- Ensure solutions meet customer specifications
- Participate in factory testing activities
- Lead Factory Acceptance Tests with customers
