- Define and document business requirements
- Maintain a clear product roadmap
- Prioritize the product backlog
- Analyze and prioritize client feedback
- Collaborate with designers to optimize user experience
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert
- Support business and development teams
- Stay aware of market and industry trends
- Guide the Development Team on vision
- Explain requirements to the Development Team
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Monitor KPIs for data-driven decisions
- Ensure incremental business validation
