- Good knowledge of accessibility (plus)
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools (strong plus)
- Knowledge and experience with Allure TestOps (strong plus)
- Knowledge in financial products and banking (plus)
- Fluent in English

- Own technical roadmap for implementation
- Lead QA activities across projects and teams
- Mentor and support QA team members
- Elaborate and maintain detailed test plans
- Help define acceptance criteria
- Apply testing methodologies for quality assurance

- Gather requirements and identify improvements
- Develop automation tests
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, designers, and business analysts
- Build test programs and recommend improvements
- Establish and track quality metrics
- Identify gaps in quality processes
- Lead initiatives to improve product reliability
- Enhance user experience
- Evaluate and introduce innovative tools
- Advocate for quality across teams
- Influence engineering and product decisions
