- Proven track record of driving data-informed decisions in agile environments
- Strong command of analytics tools (Python, SQL)
- Confidence in vibe coding
- Ability to independently build quick prototypes
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data insights into clear business language
- Ability to build consensus across technical and non-technical audiences
- AI literacy
- Self-sufficiency in data exploration
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Fluency in English
- German language skills (nice to have)

- Surface actionable insights from data
- Drive alignment across pricing, yield, and business stakeholders
- Define and monitor product KPIs
- Prioritize the product backlog
- Make fast, well-evidenced decisions using AI analytics
- Co-create and evolve pricing vision and roadmap
- Bridge communication between data science, engineering, and business
- Foster an AI-literate, data-empowered product culture
- Manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
