- Define end-to-end post-booking experience
- Create vision for Rental Hub as central orchestrator
- Translate complex rental processes into simple flows
- Build state-driven, adaptive customer experience
- Personalize customer journey with relevant upsells
- Leverage data and AI for prototype iteration
- Optimize through experimentation and data insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and domains
- Align Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Customer Service
- Drive key performance metrics like contacts per rental
- Increase incremental revenue from upsell opportunities
- Enhance customer satisfaction (NPS/SES) continuously
