- Explore and validate opportunities before delivery
- Shape problems and uncover customer jobs-to-be-done
- Craft clear, testable concepts and design briefs
- Enable Product Trading Managers and squads to execute
- Combine service design, product discovery, and prototyping
- Reduce risk early and align stakeholders
- Lead discovery for specific trading domains
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals
- Define target segments and value hypotheses
- Articulate success metrics and KPIs
- Create narratives, flows, and storyboards
- Develop low-fidelity prototypes and option sets
- Compare trade-offs, risks, and build costs
- Write concise and unambiguous design briefs
- Define scope, hypotheses, and acceptance criteria
- Identify legal, compliance, and operational constraints
- Map journeys and frontstage/backstage service blueprints
- Identify failure points and operational implications
- Determine data needs for the trading experience
- Plan and run lightweight evidence-driven tests
- Check problem/solution fit and usability risk
- Assess desirability, viability, and feasibility
- Facilitate co-creation with cross-functional teams
- Drive alignment and decision-making among stakeholders
- Define patterns, standards, and design guardrails
- Partner with the Design System team
- Communicate insights and go/no-go proposals
- Establish learning goals for each initiative
- Follow through on outcomes post-launch with PMs
