Aufgaben

• Shape and deliver the Banking Solutions strategic roadmap
• Align department goals with overall business objectives
• Advise on emerging technologies and core banking best practices
• Identify technology opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Make informed 'build-versus-buy' decisions for banking solutions
• Identify, develop, and lead new business propositions
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of core banking systems
• Ensure core banking infrastructure is stable, secure, and scalable
• Lead major system upgrades, migrations, and implementations
• Oversee technical architecture for seamless system integration
• Manage integrations with front-end applications and payment gateways
• Coordinate with third-party financial service providers
• Ensure seamless data flow for payments and settlements
• Manage data interoperability for corporate actions and securities lending
• Handle system requirements for leasing and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and tax reporting
• Implement systems to meet evolving regulatory demands
• Translate regulatory changes into IT and data requirements
• Automate regulatory reporting to enhance data accuracy
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Assist the Legal Department with regulatory authority requests
• Lead business analysts in gathering and documenting requirements
• Produce functional specifications for integrated technical solutions
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Represent Finance, ALM, and Risk functions in strategic evolutions
• Support product expansion into new markets and client segments
• Prioritize and manage the development task backlog
• Ensure high data quality for comprehensive reporting and modeling
• Support Finance and Accounting with data and reporting
• Provide data functionality for Asset Liability Management (ALM)
• Enable data controls for in-house 'own book' activities
• Provide strategic direction and mentoring to the team
• Design the department organization and foster a motivational environment
• Manage talent acquisition, compensation, and team development
• Design and implement cross-departmental processes with other directors
• Develop and manage the Banking Solutions department budget
• Track expenses and monitor resource allocation
• Select, onboard, and oversee external solution vendors
• Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and SLAs
