• Understanding of travel industry and Switzerland
• Proficiency in all Microsoft programs
• Advantageous knowledge in Social Media/AI

Aufgaben

• Procure and manage land services for German-speaking Switzerland
• Manage restaurants, tourist attractions, and transport company partnerships
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and tourism organizations
• Design activities and create travel packages
• Coordinate ground support and hotel bookings
• Organize sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides
• Provide 24/7 customer support for international travelers
• Apply destination knowledge to create competitive Swiss packages
• Align sales demand with destination supply trends
• Research new product ideas and maintain supplier relations
• Promote new products and itineraries to the Sales Team
• Conduct regular calls to share destination trends
• Transfer destination knowledge to Operations and Sales teams
• Promote internal partner portals and e-billing tools
• Master various internal systems including DOS and QUOS
• Ensure rate competitiveness in line with KPI targets
• Implement corrective pricing measures with your supervisor
• Monitor market trends to drive product innovation
• Participate in local trade shows and Swiss travel events
• Contract land services using company procurement strategies
• Negotiate exclusive override deals and marketing contributions
• Maintain relationships with local and national tourist offices
