In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth production of chemical products for the feed and food industries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing processes, supporting teams, and driving continuous improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Anforderungen

• •Completed studies in process or chemical engineering
• •Experience in chemical operations
• •Strong understanding of process technology in chemical operation
• •Very good communication skills in German & English (written and oral)
• •Driving work attitude and entrepreneurial thinking
• •Resilient and team-oriented personality

Aufgaben

• •Ensure continuous production of intermediate and final products
• •Support the manufacturing director and production supervisors
• •Optimize existing production systems based on variable requirements
• •Continuously improve production processes and implement technical changes
• •Troubleshoot and assist production teams across all plants
• •Prepare necessary plant and process documentation and calculations
• •Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• •Train and promote employees on personnel issues
• •Coordinate improvement teams
• •Lead and participate in risk analyses and technical projects
• •Implement the vision and culture of Arxada
• •Communicate and exchange information with internal and external customers
