In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing new processes and laboratories while tackling scientific challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include data analysis, training new team members, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• •Master's degree or equivalent experience advantageous
• •Practical experience in chemical process development
• •Utilization of fundamental analytical methods like HPLC and NMR
• •Passion for working in a chemical laboratory
• •Interest in laboratory automation and data analysis
• •Ability to work independently with precision and reliability
• •Strong teamwork skills
• •Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• •Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) advantageous
• •Proficiency in English necessary
• •Knowledge of German or willingness to learn German required

Aufgaben

• •Aid in advancing and establishing procedures in Early Phase Expansion
• •Support the setup of new laboratories, including User Requirements Specifications (URS)
• •Collect, summarize, and analyze data for reports and presentations
• •Provide training and support to new team members
• •Address scientific challenges in R&D and contribute to scientific methodologies
• •Demonstrate scientific and technical leadership at the project level
• •Participate in customer meetings and build strong customer relationships
• •Evaluate and implement trends and innovations in your area of expertise
• •Supervise lab professionals to ensure flawless task execution
