- Silicon bring up and debug experience (Preferred)
- Startup or fast scaling experience (Preferred)
- History of industry standards contributions (Preferred)
Aufgaben
- Drive organization-wide technical direction for silicon programs
- Define system-level architectures for AI accelerator SoCs
- Make high-impact technical decisions under ambiguous conditions
- Translate system and micro-architecture specs into RTL
- Deliver high-risk programs under tight schedules
- Lead validation and silicon issue root-cause analysis
- Partner across architecture, verification, and physical design teams
- Translate technical capabilities into product roadmaps
- Identify company-wide opportunities across organizational boundaries
- Set standards for RTL quality and design reviews
- Establish engineering processes and execution metrics
- Mentor senior engineers and provide constructive feedback
- Scale technical knowledge through documentation and talks
- Attract and hire senior engineering talent
- Optimize outcomes for the broader organization
- Uphold and shape the company's culture and values
