- PhD, PharmD, or equivalent experience in DMPK
- Experience in anti-infectives (beneficial)

- Ability to lead multiple programs to clinic
- Experience in regulatory submission document preparation
- Experience in PK/PD study design and translation
- Nonclinical development of anti-infectives (advantageous)
- Hands-on experience in PK/PD analysis
- Experience with external contractor management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Independent and collaborative teamwork skills
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Serve as a Core Project Team member
- Strategize DMPK and pharmacology activities from research to marketing
- Lead translational development for preclinical studies
- Manage pharmacokinetic evaluation and study reporting
- Oversee PBPK and PK/PD modeling and simulation
- Predict human doses and safety margins
- Collaborate with Research, Development, and Technical Operations
- Execute high-quality nonclinical studies
- Prepare and review regulatory submission documents
- Attend regulatory meetings with authorities
- Archive documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Verify consistency between nonclinical and clinical documents
- Prepare and publish scientific papers and abstracts
- Coach and develop junior DMPK scientists
