Anforderungen
- PharmD, PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Bioengineering, or comparable qualification
- Over 5 years industry experience in pharmacokinetic-related field
- Expertise in discovery, early PK characterization, distribution, and PKPD
- Solid foundation in pharmacology and physiology
- Hands-on experience with modeling and simulation
- Proficiency applying AI and ML to DMPK strategy
- Drive to master Phoenix, Berkeley Madonna, GastroPlus, or SimCyp
- Excellent understanding of PK/PD
- Strong communication skills
- Proven leadership experience
- Accountability for defining and delivering outcomes
- Ability to transcend organizational boundaries
- Inclusive and authentic leadership

Aufgaben
- Lead drug design and optimization strategies
- Profile compounds for all DMPK aspects
- Validate target biology and translational PKPD concepts
- Support early discovery with translational strategies
- Evaluate target modulation through biochemical considerations
- Execute PKPD and PBPK modeling activities
- Predict human dose and regimens
- Assess DDI and support lead optimization
- Prepare scientific assessments for regulatory submissions
- Deliver DMPK information for internal reviews
- Implement biomarker and bioanalytical strategies
- Collaborate with partners to ensure patient safety
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making within project teams
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
