- Identify and pursue new service opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to scope projects
- Maintain design principles from sales through delivery
- Provide technical thought leadership to customers
- Lead solutioning workshops and scoping discussions
- Estimate consulting efforts and engagement costs
- Translate customer requirements into high-level solutions
- Develop implementation strategies for product adoption
- Draft Statements of Work with risk management
- Build project roadmaps aligned to business objectives
- Bridge technical scope with architecture and governance
- Align delivery teams for scoped projects
- Participate in project governance and post-delivery reviews
- Mentor delivery teams and partner ecosystems
