In this role, you will play a key part in shaping future planning processes by analyzing master data, supporting capacity planning, and collaborating across functions to ensure smooth operations in the SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• •Experience in planning, supply chain, operations, or process improvement within industrial or manufacturing environment
• •Solid hands-on experience with SAP-based processes (SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA) in planning-related contexts
• •Good understanding of planning processes and role of master data as key enabler for operational and tactical steering
• •First hands-on experience in project work or sub-projects (e.g. process harmonization, system rollouts, transformation initiatives)
• •Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and take shared responsibility for results and deliverables
• •Highly structured and analytical working style, able to break down complex topics into clear and actionable work packages
• •Strong sense for process quality, collaboration, and end-to-end thinking across functions

Aufgaben

• •Contribute to SAP S/4HANA pre-project activities
• •Analyze and clarify requirements for planning processes
• •Assess data and prepare concepts for Planning & Fulfillment
• •Analyze and improve planning-relevant master data
• •Govern master data for materials, BOMs, routings, and capacities
• •Collaborate with process owners to document operational processes
• •Develop and enhance planning and fulfillment processes
• •Support capacity planning analyses and concept development
• •Ensure transparency in planning horizons and bottleneck management
• •Create and maintain process documentation and guidelines
• •Develop training materials and SharePoint content
• •Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Procurement, and IT
