Aufgaben
- Run Distribution Requirement Planning processes
- Define and update stock parameters
- Manage the purchase order portfolio
- Analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments
- Manage material replenishment
- Utilize MRP for stock availability
- Collaborate with planning leaders and planners
- Plan, schedule, and manage material movement to production
- Develop raw material and scheduling requirements
- Plan and manage material movement with stakeholders
- Negotiate lead times with suppliers
- Manage schedules for timely delivery
- Execute material planning and operational procurement
- Ensure material availability
- Perform daily material follow-up
- Expedite material orders
- Recover backlogged orders
- Manage material shortages
- Create demand forecasts
- Maintain accurate delivery dates and confirmations in SAP
- Monitor inventory levels
- Optimize inventory levels to prevent excess and obsolescence
- Support preparation of RFQs, contracts, and agreements
- Collaborate with suppliers for on-time delivery
- Resolve supplier issues
- Build strong supplier relationships
- Support tactical supplier escalations
- Handle supplier quality issues
- Coordinate supplier returns
- Provide input for supplier performance ratings
- Maintain SAP material master data
- Optimize SAP planning parameters
- Generate inventory, procurement, and shortage reports
- Check customs assessments and supplier invoices
- Lead process and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support new part introductions and implementation projects
- Coach and support Material Planning colleagues
