- Drive improvements in internal logistics flows

- Implement sustainable process improvements with operational teams
- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives
- Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives
- Facilitate 5S workshops
- Facilitate Value Stream Mapping workshops
- Facilitate structured problem-solving sessions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes
- Collaborate with external partners to optimize processes
- Define KPIs for transparency and improvement
- Track KPIs for transparency and improvement
- Report KPIs for transparency and improvement
- Standardize processes across the organization
- Implement scalable best practices
