- Proven laboratory skills in cell culture, biochemistry assays, biofabrication
- Good English language skills
- Familiarity with a cross-cultural/interdisciplinary environment
- Eligibility to apply and obtain a Visa for temporary residence in Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Develop 3D models of intervertebral discs
- Study intervertebral disc physiology and disease
- Investigate the immune compartment's role in disc degeneration
- Explore regeneration and discogenic pain
- Collaborate with another PhD student on mechanobiological aspects
- Engage in international collaboration with University La Sorbonne and University of Nantes
- Advance understanding of disc degeneration
