- Prepare meetings, presentations, and team events
- Liaise between management, stakeholders, and partners
- Track IT initiatives, priorities, and risks
- Prepare management briefings and decision-making support
- Coordinate meetings and documentation for partner management
- Manage communication and follow-up with vendors
- Identify and improve administrative workflow inefficiencies
- Support the introduction of digital automation tools
- Monitor costs and operational process performance
- Ensure follow-up for IT governance meetings
- Track invoices to maintain budget transparency
- Handle sensitive data with high professionalism
