Payment Operations - Senior Claims Analyst(m/w/x)
Managing customer claims and ensuring audit-ready files for a European fintech startup. Native/C1 German and 3 years of claims processing experience required. Work & Swim Program in Cyprus, stock options.
Anforderungen
- Native/C1 level German
- Three (3) years of experience in claims processing, operations, mail handling, or administrative support
- Strong independent judgment, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Experience or strong interest in legal field
- Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Comfortable handling physical documentation and confidential information
- Able to work independently in fast-paced operational environment with changing priorities
- Willingness and ability to travel when operationally required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with document scanning, archiving, or mail operations is a strong advantage
- JIRA usage
Aufgaben
- Manage customer claims efficiently and professionally
- Own and manage your own caseload
- Support teammates as needed
- Ensure claim files are accurate and audit-ready
- Collect and record required documentation
- Work closely with bailiffs, police, and external third parties
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders for case resolution
- Handle claims from multiple sources
- Process incoming physical mail related to claims and legal requests
- Manage mail for seizures, insolvencies, and RFIs
- Coordinate scanning and uploading of physical documents
- Organize and securely store physical mail
- Monitor and escalate mail handling incidents
- Travel to resolve urgent operational issues
- Support the Claims team with operational tasks
- Handle sensitive documents securely
- Comply with internal compliance and data protection requirements
