Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree or completed dual study in insurance, business, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance — underwriting, policy administration, or insurance operations
- Good organizational skills and task management
- Fluent Dutch or German and English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented and reliable with data accuracy, deadlines, and quality
- Love working in or learning digital tools; experience with insurance platforms is a plus
Aufgaben
- Support daily insurance operations
- Create, issue, and update policies and endorsements
- Process renewals and client documentation
- Issue invoices and process payments
- Monitor and coordinate outstanding premiums
- Send renewal requests to brokers and clients
- Collect and update client information and questionnaires
- Provide policy documents to brokers and clients
- Prepare and submit monthly bordereaux
- Ensure data accuracy in reports
- Perform UBO checks and store compliance documentation
- Support audits and compliance tasks
- Maintain client files and documents
- Ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Support ANVA/Insly processes
- Report issues and suggest improvements
- Prioritize and manage operational tasks
- Support underwriting activities
- Monitor and meet operational deadlines
- Implement new insurance platform
- Participate in transformation projects
