- Winter sports retail experience
- Hands-on experience with skis, snowboards, footwear
- Strong ski and snowboard product knowledge
- Certification
Aufgaben
- Coordinate on-snow demo events for Faction Skis, United Shapes, and Phaenom footwear
- Collaborate with Swiss Sales Leads for smooth demo execution
- Transport product samples to and from events
- Set up demo tents and equipment at ski resorts and trade shows
- Guide and assist customers during demo events
- Collect and report customer feedback to the Sales team
- Manage the sample fleet of skis, snowboards, and boots
- Receive products from the warehouse
- Track inventory of demo products
- Prep and tune products before demos
- Ensure demo products are clean and in optimal condition
- Service retail partner accounts with Swiss Sales Leads
- Provide product information and sales collateral
- Support in-store promotional events and sales initiatives
- Assist with holiday sales and film screenings
- Execute trade shows in Switzerland
- Handle general shipping and receiving at the Swiss office
