- Comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving
- Ability to operate independently
- Strong ERP and Excel experience
- LLM curious
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines, prioritizing workload
- Associate experience level
- Bachelor's Degree education
Aufgaben
- Manage global accounts receivable function
- Own AR inbox, handle queries promptly
- Review and reconcile historic ledger issues
- Investigate and clear aged balances
- Ensure AR balance accuracy and integrity
- Improve credit note and adjustment processes
- Maintain invoicing and revenue recognition controls
- Oversee accurate and timely invoicing
- Coordinate with sales and operations for timely payments
- Set and monitor customer credit limits
- Handle complex customer disputes
- Perform financial analysis for cashflow forecasting
- Manage seasonal AR intern
- Ensure compliance with local tax/VAT/GST
- Manage invoice financing facility
- Support audits and maintain documentation
