- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, pivot tables, lookups
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Looker or willingness to learn
- Basic HTML knowledge (plus)
- Structured, dependable, proactive way of working
- Good problem-spotting skills and confidence to flag issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks carefully and follow through
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with teams
- Awareness of accuracy across markets, currencies, languages
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Previous eCommerce internship, part-time, or project experience (plus, not essential)
Aufgaben
- Support daily operations of eCommerce sites
- Help with product setup and page updates
- Maintain collections and catalogue structure
- Assist with digital merchandising updates
- Support product launches and campaign pages
- Update homepage and collection visibility
- Ensure correct product and campaign reflections
- Conduct QA checks on product pages
- Test site updates and flag issues
- Ensure smooth customer experience across devices
- Support translation and localisation updates
- Ensure accurate localised content and pricing
- Help with routine reports and trackers
- Maintain visibility of launches and promotions
- Coordinate with Marketing, CX, and Operations
- Ensure accurate and timely site updates
