  • Organize welcome activities for new employees
  • Ensure cleanliness and order in shared office spaces
  • Ensure functionality of shared office spaces
  • Coordinate waste management processes
  • Communicate with waste management providers
  • Act as main contact for cleaning services
  • Monitor cleaning service quality
  • Support onboarding processes
  • Conduct facility tours for new employees
  • Prepare welcome materials for new employees
  • Assist with workspace setup
  • Provide guidance on workplace logistics
  • Provide guidance on mobility arrangements
  • Serve as point of contact for onboarding inquiries
