- Relevant experience in commercial or Key Account Management role, ideally in Off-Trade FMCG
- University degree (or equivalent) in business administration/economics or similar
- Proven negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build, develop, and maintain relationships
- Business intuition paired with analytical skills

- Fluent English and German

- Manage customer accounts in the Off Trade channel
- Run day-to-day business operations
- Build relationships with customer decision-makers
- Plan and conduct annual negotiations
- Identify and optimize distribution opportunities
- Develop and implement promotional plans
- Analyze customer and category data
- Create data-driven customer strategies
- Support customer-specific marketing concepts
- Track marketing success metrics
- Implement new product launches
- Manage category management projects
- Collaborate with the field organization
- Work with revenue growth management
- Coordinate with customer activation
- Engage with finance and logistics
- Partner with the customer experience team
