- 5+ years experience in Sales or Marketing with proven track record
- In-depth understanding of German retailer landscape and FMCG dynamics
- Strong analytical skills (e.g. familiar with NielsenIQ)
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication and collaborator leadership skills
- Problem solver, solution-based teammate, deals with ambiguity, adapts quickly
- Hands-on mentality, independent, structured working style
- Strong presentation skills to win and engage Commercial Teams
- Fluent spoken and written German and English
Aufgaben
- Develop and manage brand campaigns
- Direct go-to-market strategies at POS
- Translate shopper and retailer needs into POS brand plans
- Contribute to Diageo’s financial and market share goals
- Own end-to-end customer marketing for big retailer in Germany and Whisky category
- Shape category growth through standout execution
- Act as commercial business partner in matrix organization
- Employ transparency and strategic methods to attract collaborators
- Understand and assess customer and shopper needs and trends
- Define brand and customer POS strategy
- Set execution targets with Commercial Execution and Marketing teams
- Implement integrated 360-degree POS activations
- Orchestrate commercial activation elements
- Develop materials and POS solutions
- Conduct cross-functional briefings with key accounts, field sales, and agency partners
- Manage budgets with authority and efficiency
- Lead external shopper marketing agencies
- Develop data-driven concepts to elevate shopper engagement
- Review POS executions and results
- Derive improvement opportunities
