- Develop high-performing MSAT organization
- Implement facility ramp-up and process
- Manage talent development and performance
- Plan succession and design organization
- Foster culture of accountability, empowerment, innovation
- Ensure effective resource utilization
- Own technical implementation and qualification strategy
- Comply with Lonza standards, customer requirements, GMP
- Execute process qualifications and validation activities
- Achieve operational readiness milestones
- Maintain inspection readiness
- Represent during regulatory inspections and audits
- Present technical strategies and validation approaches
- Partner with Operations and Engineering teams
- Define and deliver strategic priorities
- Contribute to site leadership and performance
- Collaborate across functions and sites
- Ensure seamless technology transfers
- Develop robust process control strategies
- Support commercialization of new products
- Act as deputy to Head of Drug Product Operations
- Establish and improve MSAT standards
- Develop qualification and validation strategies
- Implement single-use technologies
- Monitor and verify processes
- Manage lifecycle of processes
- Apply scientific and risk-based approaches
- Lead complex product and process investigations
- Analyze data and identify root causes
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Serve as technical authority for manufacturing science
- Provide expert support and coaching
- Drive knowledge sharing and innovation
- Enhance process robustness and product quality
