Anforderungen
- Bachelor, Master, or Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- In-depth technical knowledge in CQ and OPs, possibly in biological, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry
- Extended EHS knowledge
- Experience with MES/DeltaV
- Solid internal and external collaboration and ability to lead diverse teams
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German and English or willingness to learn one of the two languages
Aufgaben
- Ensure functionality of automated production processes in MES/DeltaV
- Intervene with corrective actions during production and cleaning
- Create, test, and optimize automated production processes
- Collaborate closely with the plant team during planning and production
- Create and adjust recipes in MES
- Participate in risk and process deviation analyses
- Collaborate with departments to ensure cGMP-compliant documentation
- Continuously improve procedures while adhering to safety and quality standards
- Identify safety or compliance risks and address them with relevant departments
