Anforderungen

• •2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B or B2C performance marketing, demand generation, or paid acquisition
• •Proven success in full-funnel campaigns with measurable ROI and lead quality improvements
• •Deep understanding of digital advertising mechanics
• •Native-level German and fluent English
• •Strong copywriting and localization skills
• •Strong analytical skills
• •Curiosity or background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial technology

Aufgaben

• •Build and optimize lead generation campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
• •Manage regional marketing budgets and report on campaign performance
• •Run A/B tests to enhance conversion rates for ads and landing pages
• •Develop marketing materials in German, including ads and case studies
• •Collaborate with Sales to generate qualified leads for account-based campaigns
• •Organize and promote webinars and industry events, both online and offline
• •Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities with industry media
• •Own and report on regional performance metrics like CPA and ROAS
