- •At least 5 years of experience in Growth, Demand Gen, or Performance Marketing
- •Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- •Experience with email and CRM marketing (HubSpot)
- •Data-driven decision-making and improvement of tracking, dashboards, and reporting
- •Empathy with target audience and ability to translate insights into campaigns
- •Curiosity, willingness to learn, and desire to take ownership
- •Clear communication in English and German

- •Optimize ROI for marketing initiatives
- •Own the Marketing CRM and automate email flows
- •Drive conversions through smart segmentation and personalization
- •Create and optimize targeted landing pages
- •Experiment with messaging, content, and CTAs
- •Identify and address funnel leaks to boost conversion rates
- •Develop hypotheses and run structured tests
- •Analyze results using Google Analytics 4
- •Scale successful measures across channels
- •Refine ICP and personas in collaboration with Sales
- •Support target account strategies and ABM campaigns
- •Introduce new marketing tools and approaches
- •Improve processes and collaborate with freelancers or agencies
