- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with email and CRM marketing (HubSpot)
- Data-driven decision-making and improvement of tracking, dashboards, and reporting
- Empathy with target audience and ability to translate insights into campaigns
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and desire to take ownership
- Clear communication in English and German

- Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns
- Build landing pages and conversion funnels
- Run data-driven experiments for lead generation
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations
- Translate customer insights into high-performing campaigns
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for campaigns
- Optimize ROI for marketing initiatives
- Own the Marketing CRM and automate email flows
- Drive conversions through smart segmentation and personalization
- Create and optimize targeted landing pages
- Experiment with messaging, content, and CTAs
- Identify and address funnel leaks to boost conversion rates
- Develop hypotheses and run structured tests
- Analyze results using Google Analytics 4
- Scale successful measures across channels
- Refine ICP and personas in collaboration with Sales
- Support target account strategies and ABM campaigns
- Introduce new marketing tools and approaches
- Improve processes and collaborate with freelancers or agencies
