Aufgaben
- Lead global marketing transformation to future-ready, technology-enabled function
- Set strategic vision and operational model for marketing modernization
- Define and execute multi-year roadmap for AI-driven engagement and data intelligence
- Align transformation initiatives with Global Integrated Marketing, IT, Compliance, and Executive Leadership
- Partner with Global Integrated Marketing, IT, Comex, and OEC for global/affiliate market alignment
- Reinvent workflows to incorporate approved technologies like agentic AI and GenAI
- Design modular CRM/CDP and engagement stacks for personalized outreach
- Lead AI experimentation pilots and scale successful ROI-driving solutions
- Establish trust-by-design frameworks for transparent, compliant AI systems
- Build centralized analytics architecture for outcome tracking, funnel optimization, and customer value improvement
- Implement AI-powered measurement with ROI, marketing mix modeling, and attribution models
- Embed continuous intelligence via automation and AI agents for campaign orchestration
- Enable shift to autonomous marketing function that learns and adapts
- Champion agile pilots with learn-measure-scale loops
- Build marketing capability frameworks for AI fluency, upskilling, trust, ethics, and data stewardship
- Upskill talent through active participation in AI pilots
- Ensure digital trust and ethical considerations in AI systems for pharma compliance
- Establish data governance for consistent, flexible marketing experiences
- Report transformation KPIs through global executive dashboard
