- Develop and implement effective asset management strategies
- Ensure high asset availability and performance consistency
- Optimize asset lifecycle to support operational goals
- Demonstrate understanding of HSE practices in asset management
- Monitor compliance with corporate asset management policies
- Assess and implement industry best practices and new technologies
- Conduct asset management audits and create improvement action plans
- Implement a quality control system for asset management activities
- Ensure adherence to asset management policies across terminals
- Analyze reporting dimensions in terminal asset management
- Monitor and perform quality control of terminal data
- Prepare management reporting dashboards
- Establish proactive dialogue with terminals and address concerns
- Audit asset lifecycle records, including acquisition and maintenance
- Provide guidance to internal departments on asset management
