- Prepare annual IT budget and strategic investments
- Ensure reporting to Audit and Risk Committee
- Supervise overall IT operations at terminals
- Manage TIL IT Department and staff
- Design and maintain global IT programs and policies
- Provide tailored IT advice and contractual reviews
- Manage TIL IT budget and Capex for terminals
- Offer expert support to other departments
- Define IT blueprint for new projects
- Liaise with terminals for budget preparations
- Contribute to TIL strategy from IT perspective
- Follow up on major Terminal IT projects
- Maintain relationships with departments and suppliers
