Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree or similar in computer science, information technology, IT architecture or similar
- •Certifications or additional education in relevant project management standards and related frameworks, both in agile and waterfall methods
- •Certifications or additional education in business administration or financial management related to projects or to change management
- •Minimum 10 years in project management in IT related environments
- •Experience in establishing a PMO and managing a portfolio of projects
- •Demonstrated expertise in establishing, starting, executing and completing projects in IT
- •Ability to drive innovative solutions and effectively introduce project results in existing organizations
- •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners
- •Strong leadership skills in interdisciplinary settings and teams
- •Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
- •Exceptional project management skills, with a focus on planning, coordination, financial and timely execution
- •Proficient in German and English, both written and orally
