Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree or similar in computer science, information technology, or IT architecture
- •Certifications or additional education in project management standards and frameworks, both agile and waterfall
- •Certifications or additional education in business administration or financial management related to projects or change management
- •Minimum 10 years in project management in IT related environments
- •Experience in establishing a PMO and managing a portfolio of projects
- •Demonstrated expertise in executing and completing projects in IT
- •Ability to drive innovative solutions and introduce project results in organizations
- •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with teams and partners
- •Strong leadership skills in interdisciplinary settings and teams
- •Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships
- •Exceptional project management skills, focusing on planning, coordination, and execution
- •Proficient in German and English, both written and orally
