Anforderungen

• •Advanced university degree in business administration, health economics, health policy, or related fields
• •Professional certifications in Project and/or Change Management
• •Business process improvement or organizational change qualifications
• •Strong experience in development financing, health financing, or health economics
• •Experience in advising, consulting, or project management with multilateral organizations
• •Extensive experience in project and change management
• •Strong experience in project management and management consulting
• •Track record of providing strategic analysis and advice to senior leaders
• •Experience in leading and delivering high value, complex projects
• •Experience in leading and shaping teams in large organizations
• •Strong managerial skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• •Ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders
• •Track record of working in diverse organizations
• •Strong track record of leading effective teams and culture building
• •Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in relevant fields
• •At least 4-6 years in project management or management consulting
• •Minimum of 4 years managing diverse, high-performing teams
• •Experience working with the Global Fund or similar institutions
• •Direct experience in health financing, health economics, or development finance
• •Experience supporting innovative financial modalities in development
• •Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is an asset

Aufgaben

• •Drive innovation and value delivery for health finance
• •Develop and promote tools and strategies for financial sustainability
• •Coordinate development of transition pathways and financial sustainability roadmaps
• •Manage implementation of blended and alternative financing instruments
• •Develop strategies for new financing modalities
• •Implement value for money initiatives in coordination with senior managers
• •Oversee HFD governance engagement and reporting
• •Develop and manage Department KPIs and performance metrics
• •Track and monitor performance on co-financing implementation
• •Oversee performance reporting and inputs into external publications
• •Coordinate strategic planning and continuous performance improvement
• •Identify gaps and ensure timely delivery of strategic work-plans
• •Secure extra-budgetary resources for health finance priorities
• •Oversee management of health finance data analysis
• •Improve governance and use of health financing data
• •Support engagement with technical partners and development financiers
• •Manage strategic projects from ideation to completion
• •Coordinate inputs into cross-cutting Secretariat initiatives
• •Provide strategic advisory and thought leadership for Department priorities
• •Represent the Department in internal and external forums
• •Lead a team of operational experts focused on excellence and collaboration
• •Foster a culture of psychological safety and continuous learning
• •Provide mentoring and career development guidance
