- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships and influence stakeholders
- At least five years of relevant post-university work experience
- Understanding of procurement and supply chain dynamics in low- and middle-income countries
- Familiarity with the Global Fund business model and Global Fund policies and processes
- Experience in public health and market shaping for health products
- Excellent knowledge of English and preferably good working knowledge of French
Aufgaben
- Develop innovative access financing models
- Drive the evolution of the Access Fund
- Conduct feasibility assessments for new financing concepts
- Create materials and recommendations for executive audiences
- Ensure alignment with programmatic and procurement objectives
- Manage the rollout of access financing mechanisms
- Collaborate to integrate financing tools into grant processes
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders for alignment
- Represent Supply Operations in technical working groups
- Act as a focal point for access financing solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and donor agreements
- Identify financial and operational risks in financing tools
- Collaborate on risk mitigation actions
- Drive continuous improvement of financing processes
