- Experience with distributed training using Kubernetes/Ray
- Experience with pipeline orchestration tools (AirFlow, Prefect, Dagster)
- Experience with model quantization and pruning
- Experience in a compiled language (C++ or Rust)
- Must be EU/EFTA national or eligible for work permit sponsorship
