- Handle structured financings and tax leases
- Negotiate hedging agreements including ISDA and CSA
- Lead drafting for revolving credit facilities
- Manage bond issuances and securitization
- Oversee reverse factoring and cash investment products
- Negotiate vessel construction and supervision contracts
- Handle the sale and purchase of vessels
- Drive legal negotiations with external counterparties
- Liaise with external legal advisers
- Implement procedures for effective team operations
- Validate expenses and open bank accounts
- Maintain and improve the archiving system
- Monitor group compliance with contractual obligations
- Report issues and recommend resolutions to directors
