- Conduct legal research on applicable rules, regulations, and case law
- Support company representation before governmental and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with other legal functions and business stakeholders
- Support corporate development and commercial projects
- Manage external advisers, including competition counsel and economists
- Ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality support from external advisers
- Prepare and maintain self-assessments and guidance for business teams
- Support operational cooperation within the company
