- Knowledge of Business Software and SaaS applications
- Experience implementing RPA, BI, or Dashboards
- Knowledge of Python or SQL
- Experience collaborating with IT teams
- Experience identifying process improvement use cases
- Ability to act as change agent
- Experience in project management and planning
- Experience in executive stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of fluency in German
- Understanding of Finance or Supply Chain
- Ideally expertise in specific manufacturing industries
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, or comparable

- Engage senior stakeholders to secure partnerships
- Partner with the sales team
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey

- Identify high-impact process use cases
- Communicate strategic roadmaps to C-level executives
- Initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Present realized value to senior management
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps for customers
- Provide product feedback based on use cases
